Philips Extended Warranty

DO NOT bother with any extended warranty from Phillips. I am in Day 3 of a warranty nightmare and have wasted more time on the phone as Phillips and their subcontractor (ServiceNet).

Windowa XP Rebooting
Aug 28, 2007 5:28PM PDT

I had a very similar problem with the constant reboot. Mine turned out to be from over heating. My tech guy put a different fan in, and gave the back more ventilation space surrounding, and it seemed to take care of the problem, Also a new power supply.
This is a possibility. We tried everything, and then what we did last, it has worked so far. Check the back and around the computer to see if it feels warner than normal.
Hope this helps,
