I'm sure they know what to do next, but such isn't noted as to how to recover from such an user event.
Search their web site and see if they have a contact or phone number to call.

I never saw one before.
Anyone interested can go to:

I downloaded the User Manual and I can not find anywhere in that manual that refers to formatting the camera.
If it is not recommended or specified by Philips, you are in uncharted waters.
If you just used Windows ability to format a drive, you may have killed the camera.
You should have a copy of the Users Manual on the disk that came with the camera. In the back of that Manual, there is a internet addresss for Philips service.

I also formatted my Philips Key 007 and after that it also didn't take any pictures anymore.
But I figured out that the Key 007 should be formatted as FAT and not as FAT32. You probably also formatted it as FAT32.
So what you could try is to format it again, with the FAT file system. When you format the drive you should choose FAT instead of FAT32. This will probably work.

Thanks for noting that.
Most cameras will fail with FAT32 formatted memory cards too.

I have the same problem but the only time the Key worked was after formatting it. The problem is that, a few photos later, pictures were blurred again. My key is FAT formatted. Could it be The Windows version? I'm on W2000
