Philips HDD1630 (6GB) HELP! is this a good mp3 overall!?!?!?

I've heard that the touch pad is sensitive what does that mean..could i run on a tredmil and it still work?? any negative comment please post? i'm thinking of using this mp3 to mostly work out in a gym will it be ok since its not a hard disk??

The touch pad is sensitive makes it hard to navigate, not more likely to skip.
