After the hell you've put me through, why would I return? You paid no attention to my email to you.

Come on, give us a clue.

Since you evidently didn't know where to reply to someone in the proper thread, what makes you think that the person involved did NOT answer your email or message or whatever it is you are talking about.

I read what I believe to be your origional post. When you click on to create a post It ask you to provide certain information about your system. You didn't do this. Also your post is very vague about your mouse cursor. Most people here want to help but you must first help the helpers. Negative posts don't help.

This is what most people think of many company tech support lines. Not all are bad, but too many are.

In their defense I can offer only one new wrinkle that has started to interfere with support systems and that is called Parasites or Spyware. I'm seeing far too much spyware...

A search of your name indicates only two posts. Your first post has a perfectly good and proper response. This here is CNet Forums. Have you posted elsewhere ? Who put you through hell ? Who did you e-mailed to ? What is that about your returning ?

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
