PGP Desktop (wde) passphrase problem with osx keyboard layou

Feb 12, 2011 7:08PM PST

Hi everybody,

I am new here and I am looking for a solution to my problem

I am looking how to set a passphrase to protect a disk (boot or other)
If I try to set a passphrase it say me:
"Supported keyboard layout required"
"To use your passphrase at boot time, it must be entered using using a supported keyboard layout. Please see the User's Guide for a complete list of supported keyboards. You can change your keyboard layout using the "Language & Text" system preference panel ("International" for versions prior to OS X 10.6). After entering your password, you may change it back to your current setting."

I am lloking for a guide... there is not usefull support on pgp website.. try to change keyboard layout and restar but nothing changes...

How to fix it ???

I would suggest that you uninstall your version of PGP

and then re-install it.

Looks like something has become twisted and confused.

Which version of PGP are you using?
