pgp decryption problem

i have decrypted a file using goanywhere open pgp studio. once decrypted the program creates a file named -&11 that does not open due to an unspecified error. therefore i am unable to read the message

anyone know what is going wrong? thanks

Usually the gaffe is not having the original file.

Talk to the originator of the file and ask for a fresh unencypted version.
