Peter Jackson isn't necessarily gone for good!

Not while we can do something about it.

This is most likely just monetary tug-of-war on the part of New Line Cinema to coerce Peter Jackson and crew to drop their lawsuit against New Line for reportedly ousting Peter millions of dollars from the Fellowship of the Ring.

If New Line gets a strong and clear message that this is NOT what their fans want, we could make a difference. I hear there are a lot of petitions on the net already... but here is the only one I currently know of.

I'll keep you posted if another springs up (I am considering designing one with its own domain name).
