You have to go fix company.com's email server.

Thanks for such a quick response. How do I find the owner of the server to tell them there is a problem with their server?

Whois
Apr 27, 2005 2:18AM PDT

To find the email/phone/mailing address contact information for a website you do a whois lookup. This service is provided by Domain registrars.

https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/whois.asp?se=%2B&ci=288
OR
(http://GoDaddy.com)

Also:
To determine the addresses of a domain's Name Servers use NSlookup -- query the domain against any DNS. Once you obtain a domain's DNS servers, replace the generic DNS with one of that domain's DNS addresses. This will report all of the host records in the zone information.
