Permalink explanation

Hi there,

Permalink is short for "permanent link".

If you click on the permalink it gives you the specific URL for that post in the discussion thread. So if you ever wanted to bookmark or reference that exact post in an email, Website, etc... clicking on the permalink will ensure that the reference URL will be that specific post and no other.

I hope this makes sense and helps clarify things a bit.
