Performance decreasing of my laptop

my laptop was good at performance, but now it's slow also when right-clicking. I played many games smoothly.. but i can't..as an example, i played assassins creed ROGUE very well with smooth graphics and without any lag, but now it's hard to play the same game and there are so many lags..help me please!!!!

Hardware issues i guess

i'm sure there are no any software problems in my laptop..i think there are some issues with H/W but i have installed the latest versions of every drivers needed. as the answers, i did benchmark test and i had poor result, i'm using windows 10 with latest updates. and i'm using phoenixOS to play pubg and there i have the stuck and lag problems as like as windows. so think i have some H/W issues and i'm waiting for the best solution for me!! please help me!!!

It's either hardware or software. Go back to factory conditions and try again. If fine then it's solved (although you still might have to reinstall other software and restore your data from your backup.
If it isn't solved, it's a hardware issue. Then it's time to have it repaired or buy a new one.

However, first give a link to a Speccy. Sometimes that already gives a clue. https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/speccy/using-speccy/publishing-a-speccy-profile-to-the-web tells how to make it.

And I do that before the factory reset. Please add the test result of Userbenchmark.com too.

Also omitted was the laptop's age and if you keep up with maintenance. Such as the monthly canned air to the vents.

thanks for your answer first. i had a benchmark test on Userbenchmark.com a you said. this is my final benchmark test result and i want to know what do you suppose to do me to do with my laptop according to this result. please help me!! this computer is lagging me too..

Reasons are getting less performance of laptop

1. Multiple viruses are exits in your Laptop.
2. Many resources are utilized by one program.
3. Software and H/W components are not working properly. May be they are outdated.
4. Your Operating system is not installed properly may be some files are missed.
5. Overheating problem.
6. BIOS setting not done properly.
