Can anyone recommend a freeware program to read PDF ! I did not load wordperfect that came with my computer but I don't think it will read PDF anyway . I thought maybe Xn View would do it but I guess that only deals with graphics . I only get PDF files on rare occations and it is no big deal but it would be nice to have the ability to read them . I tried google but was not successful.

the very first entry gives you the url for downloading the Adobe Reader (free) which will let you read PDF files. Makes one wonder what you think you searched for in google.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
