Pda vs nokia samrtphone

Hello people,
Please recommend a good smart phone which allows me to not only view but edit word, power point, excel etc..I don?t have the budget the budget for communicator series or SE p800-900. How is 6630 as a smart phone and how does it compare to the other smart phones like 6260,, are there some 3rd part applications available which allow me to edit
Word & excel files on 6630/6260. I currently use a Samsung c100 and my original plan was to buy a palm tungsten E pda & a small folding keyboard.. How does the palm compare to the likes of nokia 6630 in terms of use of office software,, The palm is priced at Rs 12000 ie.280$ and the nokia for 16000 ie 372$. I don?t mind paying the extra premium if the nokia 6630/6260 offers me the same functionality of the palm.
Was really impressed with reviews for nokia 6630,, so if I have to decide btwn a palm tungsten E & a nokia 6630 which one would it be please advice..
