PDA Sync problem with new McAfee Security install

After uninstalling McAfee Security Center (ATT) and reinstalling due to a change from DSL to U-verse, I could not synchronize my Windows PDA with my Win 7 PC.
It is necessary to open necessary ports on the McAfee firewall. To do this open AT&T Security Suite (powered by McAfee), click Firewall Settings, click Firewall, click Ports & System Services, click Add, fill-in description fields as desired; insert inTCP/IP Ports:990,999,5678,5721,26675 UDP Ports:5679; change "Open ports to:PC's in Work and Home networks only" to "Open ports to:All PC's"; click Save. Connect your Windows PDA to your PC and watch it now connect and sync.
