1]running an independent [java-based windows] web browser[size-46mb]for online trading?
2]using a medical formulary
3]can the treo650/p910i/blackberry or any other pda phone do this?

I can't find a "JAVA based Windows" running on these PDAs.

Maybe you meant something else? The only "Windows" I'm finding is Microsoft's various PocketPC OS. I do see JAVA, but no JAVA based Windows.
