I currently use Verizon as my cell service. Im interested in purchasing an HP iPAQ HX 2495 PDA Pocket PC. It comes with Windows Mobile with Internet Explorer, and bluetooth connectivity.

I know that folks use cell phones with their laptop PC's im just wondering if I can do the same with the smaller HP iPAQ HX 2495 ?????

Thanks for any help!

Yes, you can...

Provided that your cell phone has Bluetooth you can use it as your connection to the internet, browsing the web from your PDA. (Just make sure you contact Verizon to find out what options are available in your area.) You can click here (look on page 11 of the Word document) for general instructions from HP or consult the owners manual you'll receive with the PDA for more information.

Hope this helps,

O.K Cool!
I have heard that Verizon blocks the buetooth function that allows their phones to be used as a modem. Does anyone know about this. The customer support people did not know what I was talking about.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
