Microsoft has only produced their Surface models but all others has us installing drivers from the PC makers.
Many times I'll trace this to the motherboard chipset drivers but you do want to ask the PC's maker, not Microsoft.
Hello, after an update of Windows 10 a couple of months ago, my PC does not switch off properly anymore. When I click ‘shut down’, it seems to follow that order, but then ends up with the start-up screen again. The only way I can shut it down is by cutting the electric current. I have been in contact with Microsoft, but even with ‘team viewer’ they could not help me. Funny enough with the next update, the problem had disappeared. But with the next update, the problem has come back (and that’s not funny). I was wondering whether others have experienced that same problem and if so, how can I fix this? Thanks in advance for your attention.
