Question

PC Won't Boot

Taichi x370 (Ryzen 2000 ready, in box confirmed in phone call, the motherboard was added to stock in July)turn on, and then after the second it will turn off

there is no display everything is in it's place i followed instructions tried changing GPU to all the ports, swapping rams, re-connecting everything nothing works. Here is a video

How did you check the BIOS version?

The CPU list at their site notes "Since P4.70" so I take it never worked. You may have to have the motherboard seller do this so it can take this CPU when you get the board.

Also, many of the parts you listed are not required for a power on test.

Did you try it with no case, just one stick of ram and the GPU? Bare min parts?

So it powers on for one second and then powers off.

Remove the gpu.
Remove the ram.
unplug the disk and disc.

Test.
