PC won't boot

Hi!Ever since yesterday I cannot properly start my PC.Everytime i try to boot it shows first the "Start windows normally" screen after i press that it goes to the windows logo halfway through then bluescreen and back in the loop.I had this problem before and i fixed it by switching from IDE to AHCI,now it doesnt work even with that.Its windows 7 x64,I didnt do anything differently it just started bluescreening out of nowhere.

Clarification Request
Which Windows?

Remember there is plenty of priors about Stop 0x24 to see what others found.

Switching from IDE to AHCI or such can fix it if the BIOS had lost the original setting. At worst you have to set the BIOS as you see fit and reload the OS.
