Did you talk to this PC's maker?
May 26, 2013 1:01AM PDT

That last message "has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer." has me concerned the maker didn't supply you with a Windows 7 compatible PC. Maybe they didn't install the right drivers or update all firmware in all things but the result is the same. You are stuck with a problematic machine.

recent problem

I should of mentioned that hibernate and sleep always worked fine up until a couple weeks ago, so its its not a problem that the PC came with.

Then go back to what worked.

If there is no hardware failure, System Restore to when it worked.
