pc stutters

I recently made my new pc built.The last days my pc stutters some times, especially when i am playing pubg,along with frame drops,freezes and sound freezes
I deleted gpu drivers with DDU,also checked my SSDs health but the problem still exist.

Amd ryzen 5 1600 gtx 1050 ti 8 gb ram

With only the 1050 ti.

720p monitor 100+ fps

I am playing on a 720p monitor and i have AA and textures on high and the remaining both on low and very low.
I have 100+ fps in every game

I just read about kaspersky issues on windows 10
Ia this real?? because i am using kaspersky

Easy to test.

At office and home we use W10's own defender without trouble. PUBG would still need to be optimized for FPS and as I have the 1050 Ti I learned quickly I wanted the 1060 6GB which I did the next week.

Let's see that Speccy and see if there's something else we can do. You can deal with the AV and PUBG settings on your own.

I format my both ssds and i cleaned installedthe windows on the fastest one.
I increased my memory to 16 gb,i also fiexed cache memory problem with empty standbylist.
All the stutters have gone but still have some frame drops, most times in the beggining of the match,
when graphics have to load.
