Installed PC share manager and connected to TV via linkstick. Was watching a movie, AVI stored in my computer and for 40 min. or saw it worked perfectly. Suddenly, movie started stopping every 2 to 3 mins and reloading. Any ideas on what would cause this?

ballugrad,

There can be many different contributing factors to your intermittent playback. The strongest factor that comes to mind is interference with the WiFi signal. The Linkstick runs off of the 2.4Ghz band, so any other devices or signals that also work off of this band may disrupt the signal, causing your video to stop or restart. Blockages and/or distance from your home network router can also contribute to an intermittent signal. Also, make sure that you have the latest PC Share Manager installed on your PC:

Used the Blue Ray yesterday but a message came up saying that I was not connected to the internet. I am connected thru the TV. Do I need to connect it to the BRP when using it?

ballugrad,

Yes, since the internet connection cannot be shared between Samsung devices, you will need separate Linksticks and/or network connections for each device.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
