Try:
1. Be sure the BIOS is current.
2. If that does not help then it's time to chat with the motherboard maker.

So yesterday came home from work turned my pc on and started watching a vod on twitch about 30min watching it my pc turns off then tries to turn on but turn off within seconds does this over and over until it stops. After that I turn it back on by the power button on case then boots to screen telling me I don’t have a bootable windows device pressed F1 to go to bios seen ram speeds went back to standard 2400mhz so put that back to intended speed 3200mhz and set my boot drive back. It then booted normal all the way to home screen I then left it and within 10min it does it again so done same process but this time in bios I done set optimised default and then set my bootable drive so ram is now 2400mhz. Booted normally I then started a game up (path of exile) played for good 2hrs no problem exited game and I started making dinner pc is just sitting on the home screen nothin opened. Stayed on for 30min on home screen and then turned off but this time it didn’t try and reboot after I finished my dinner I hit the power button on the case and got no response. I switched the power off and haven’t messed with it since so any help to where I should start to tackling this problem would be appreciated or if you know what the issue is.

So when I got home I switched everything back on and just let it sit there for 30 odd mins didn’t turn off in that time normally it would. I did update the bios after as I wanted to do it at some point anyway but as of now spent 4hrs on it without it turning off so hopefully the problem has resolved itself. Will let you know if things go south thanks for the help.
If your PC turns off without warning, heat-related issues might be at work.
Heat-related problems usually stem from:
careless PC usage;
fan issues;
dust, dirt, hair, and other debris;
overclocking.
Faulty or out-of-date drivers can lead to random shutdowns in Windows 10.
Here are some proven tips to get your drivers in tip-top condition:
Utilize Windows Update
Your Windows 10 can search for driver updates on its own:
Start -> Settings -> Update & Security -> Check for updates
Run Windows Driver Verifier
You can also make use of Windows Driver Verifier – it can detect problematic devices:
Start menu -> Type verifier -> Enter
An overheating power supply, due to a malfunctioning fan, can cause a computer to shut off unexpectedly. ... Software utilities, such as SpeedFan, can also be used to help monitor fans in your computer. Tip. Check the processor heat sink to make sure it is properly seated and has the correct amount of thermal compound..
