Pc Problems

I have had this pc for about 3 years now and it is randomly getting slower while I just factory reset it, my games keep crashing all the time and i get random lag spikes on games like bo4. My Specs are

Speccy shows

Your ssd is loaded with errors.
I would replace it and also a new sata cable.
Getting a bigger one will just give you head room for the future.
