Appears Compatible, But For What Usage?

In reply to: pc parts

The parts are compatible, yet questions arise.
Is this to be a general purpose PC? A gaming PC? A productivity/video editing PC?
Why do you need a Kraken water-cooler for the cpu?
If it's for gaming why not choose an Intel Core i5-8400, thus leaving lots of extra cash for a higher-end graphics card?

7nm vs. 12nm

In reply to: pc parts

Digging into the specs of your build. You might want to look into a CPU with 7nm lithography. That's kind of the best of the best in terms of what's out there for CPUs.

I'd say you need a dedicated graphics card and I'm not sure if you need all that cooling power on your tower build.
