Windows is known to update drivers without telling you so my usual fix is to disable W10's driver update (see google) then install the machine's drivers that worked.
So last night I turned my PC on after being on sleep mode, it powered on ok but except the monitor didnt wake up and the mouse didn't light up (keyboard lights on ok and my old mouse works fine though). I did all the obvious things like switch HDMI cables, try a different monitor, turning it on and off etc. I've also jumped the BIOS using a screwdriver and replaced the CMOS battery but still nothing and now I'm stumped.
My pc is custom built for games and it's about 5 years old, never had a problem like this before and everything was fine before I put it on sleep. If anyone has any ideas it would be massively appreciated!
