I'd replace the video and the audio hardware or the motherboard.
Did you try to get into the BIOS setup or boot from a Linux Live disk or USB-stick? If those fail also, that proves it isn't something in Windows, but a hardware issue.

I was just online normally using my pc, when music stopped and white nosie started coming from the speakers and both monitors went white.
i turned off the computer, have unplugged everything and plugged it back in, and the actual hardrive seems to be working fine with blue lights and fans running/startup beeps, but both monitors say no signal detected.....Help please?? i wonder if it could be a virus.
