PC Mag Password Profiler

I need help with password profiler.I love this utility but everytime I reboot my computer, my prerferenses go away. After a reboot I go to options and it is as if I had justed installed the program. I enter my master password and all the sites come up but the options are cleared. Can someone help? What should I do?

1. Please don't post an email addy here - unless you really like getting a lot of SPAM. email addys posted on sites like this are easily harvested by the many spambots that traverse the Web...

2. As for your problem: Since this utility's not in wide usage, I suspect that you'd be better served using the PC Mag discussion boards. I do know that when I went to the download page for that utility, the two posts on the page were very critical of it.

Perhaps you might investigate AI Robo Form (Free for up to 30 passwords with other limitations, $29.99 for unlimited use). I have no interest in that company; I just know that the app works with no issues...
