hiya i have windows xp pro on my pc version 2002, service pack 2
intel(r)
pentium(r) 4cpu
1.80 ghz
1.79 ghz
248mb of ram
im having problems it keeps crashing with a blue screen coming up,it also freezes quite often, its very annoying please can u help me

Remove the case cover (power off please) and dust it out. Take a shot of clean air to the CPU heatsink, leave the cover off and try again.

You might consider increasing the amount of ram.
Have you run any scans?
You can use AVG ANTI SPYWARE and AVG ANTI VIRUS,maybe scan in SAFE MODE
