pc in a cold room

so i have a question, can i leave my pc when i leave in vacations in a room where temps go from 9C-12C? or these temps can damage my pc?

I don't see an issue.

When you come back from vacation and turn the room heat up you might want to let the pc slowly heat for an hour or so before turning it on.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
