Question

Pc hardware

Mar 15, 2016 4:21PM PDT

So heres the situation,
Recently i had a new hard drive built into my PC , however i could not use my old files so i tried to clone the old one onto my new one and well that didnt go very well..
In any case i had it repaired and now my disc drive doesnt work and the new hard disc cannot be used.
Instead it shows 2 icons of hard discs with the same amount of memory and are full to the same degree, So my question is how can i enable my disc drive again and how can i use this new hard disc ?

Answer
Step 1. Your HDD and files are safe on backups.

Step 2. In disk management delete all partitions on the second new drive and then create one new big partition and then format it. How is on the web and varies just a little with which OS in use.

Right, R. Proffitt, First check the space of your drive, after that delete all partitions on the new drive and create a new partition. If your problem not solved, then go to your nearest service center and repair it. Some days before, I faced this type of problems. My local repair shop solved it. Really, I appreciate with their service.
