1. Both drives are showing read error levels far too high. These are pre-failure issues but do result in low to failing performance. Try a good clean drive and leave these disconnected. Bear in mind this issue has long prior discussions so I tend to not repeat it any longer.
2. Try disabling the Intel onboard graphics. Usually found in the BIOS settings.
3. There is mixed RAM in the system. Test with just the pair of 4GB sticks.
As there are so many prior discussions about mixing memory sticks, again I don't write much here.
Bear in mind it could be the motherboard or GPU but there are clear signs that the HDD/SSD are gone as well as known troubles in the RAM area.
Since the test for the RAM issue is free to do, easy I'd start there as I source good drives. The ones in the report are gone.
( Sorry for the bad english )
The past few weeks I'm having trouble with my pc screen going black. This only happens when I'm playing high end games. While browsing the internet or watching videos this never happens. It always happens randomly sometimes I can play for hours and sometimes it happens after 10 minutes. I really don't know where to start , hope somebody can point me in the right direction ! Thanks
