HP should explain to you what they've done to break this gameplay capability.
The cause of this is not in your post if you added something to the PC to cause this.
I just got a new HP Envy 14 about a month ago, and I wanted to get into a bit of PC Gaming. Here's the problem, sometimes when I run games (Minecraft, CoD4, etc.) it's sometimes choppy/laggy, and sometimes it runs perfectly smooth. I don't know what the problem is, all the time when I run games, all unnecessary programs/processes are not running, it's just the game. I also used the program Game Booster and that sometimes help but the same thing happens. I've tried running lower settings and that seems to work for a bit, but then after a while it goes back to choppy.
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit)
Intel Core i5 M 460 @ 2.53 GHz
6 GB RAM
Display Adapters: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
Intel HD Graphics
These games that I play are kind of old and don't need much to get the game running smoothly. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
