Pc freezes

I bought a new pc in january. Since than its not working correctly. So bassicly when im doing something on pc its just randomly freezes and i have to restart my pc. I tryed every solutution i could find online but it didnt work. I even tryed to reisntall windows completly and i still have freezes. When the freeze happens my internet dies and disk usage in task manager jumps to 100% and ethernet dissapers from task manager. Some things are still moving on the screen and i can move my mouse but after 1 min everything freezes completely. I updated my drivers, i have the latest windows update also I tryed to do some stuff in registy and service that i saw online it didint help. I dont know if this has to do with anything but when i shutdown my pc normally on windows button it just goes to sleep i think so im turning it off by holding power button on pc. Also one more thing when i try to do system restore or to do anyhing from recovery i get srt.trail error in blue screen. Sorry if i spelled something wrong or made some grammar erros my english is bad. Please help me this is so frustrating

First update the BIOS to the latest version found on the ASUS-site. That might help and then it's solved.

If not, erase your hard disk with DBAN or delete all partitions from a GPARTED disc or the GPARTED program in your favorite Linux distro. Or install another empty or new hard disk, so you still have the old one available unchanged.
Then install Windows 10 onto that empty disk and then the necessary drivers (drivers from the ASUS-site since they made the motherboard). Don't mess with the registry or run third party optimizing programs.

- If it's fine now it's solved. Make a recovery drive or an image backup to go back to, if necessary.
- If it still freezes (with the latest BIOS, Windows out of the box and the latest drivers) it's a warranty issue.
