Question

PC dropping signal to monitor

Aug 3, 2016 4:50PM PDT

While pc is being used to surf the web the mouse will become buggy. The pointer will start hanging up and jumping and the scroll will become jumpy. After this starts usually in a short while the screen will go black and then in a few seconds the monitor says no signal. I have to shut down the pc and then restart and it will work again for awhile. There is no pattern to the length of time it takes for this to happen. I have replaced the video card and this did not help. Any ideas would be appreciated.
