Did you try the usual?

That is power off, get out the canned air to open the case and give it the usual monthly cleaning?

You left out details about the PC such as power supply and more. There are folks new to PC repair that can't wrap their head around why a new monitor can stress out a PC but let's hope you understand that and not asking to repeat that lesson.

There's more to power supplies than Watts.

OK, as a test (I'm testing you), did you open it up to see if the heatsinks are still in place?

Did you refresh the heat sink compound and use the canned air?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
