PC completely crashes then freezes, I have to hit restart!

by Luke-Watts / January 29, 2007 4:10 PM PST

In the mornings my PC completely freezes, meaning I have to hit the restart. The mouse doesn't freeze though. Before the crash it makes a noise like when you first boot up, then it crashes.

It's not overheating as it's only been on 10 minutes, there's about 4 fans too.

In reply to: Okay sorry.

It's odd to complain about free help. No MOD is paid here and you are part of the solution. If you don't want to help us help you then what more can we do.

Your machine looks to be fairly new so all I can offer with so little detail is to make it a warranty issue and let the maker fix it.

I can only suggest you take it to a repair counter.
