Hello everybody,
I am currently compiling a low-cost PC that is designed to be able to handle Overwatch fluently and at the highest possible graphics settings on a 144hz monitor at the end of April .
Information about the SilentiumPC products, as not findable via pcpartpicker:

I have also thought about the fans through cheaper ">www.harcot.de/ventilator-radiator-k-hlung-silentiumpc-zephyr-120-pwm-computergeh-use-ventilator-570079/'] SilentiumPC Zephyr 120 PWM , which would cost only 18.99 € instead of 31.27 € (Noctua).
I hope, of course, that the RX580 will already be on the market at the end of April, so I would fall back on it rather than on the RX480, if the price remains the same level and the performance is better. I also thought about the possibility that the GTX1070 will become cheaper when the new TIs come onto the market. If it is cheap, it would be very appealing.
Now my questions:
- Do you think the AMD Ryzen CPUs that are coming soon on the market, as well as the upcoming TIs, could affect my selection?
- Is the selection made appropriate and do you have other ideas or tips for me?
- For example, I will want to install my SSD and HDD of my predecessor PC into the new PC, but I'm not sure how to do this with the formatting since I received the Windows license via the Microsoft Student Page (free of charge) and therefore I didn't keep the key or ISO somewhere. I am only going be a student up until the end of the month, so I have concerns about simply formatting the SSD.
- Is it possible to boot from the unformated SSD (which includes incompatible drivers etc.) with the new hardware and then format it afterwards, or should I format it using the Windows function (I used Win 8.1 when I did that for the last time, but have not found the option yet in Windows 10)?
Alternatively, I have prepared the following build, which I am on the upcoming AMD Ryzen 5 1500X :
