Re: fast

Unless you have a glass fiber connection, download speed is limited by the connection with the ISP, not by the PC. For streaming, the only possible speed is the right speed, and the PC never is the limiting factor. For browsing, the connection is more important than the graphic card or the CPU/GPU.
So what you want (a PC for fast browsing, downloads and streaming) is rather strange requirement.

Are you sure this PC can connect 3 different screens?

i am aware the isp is the main factor

i am aware that it matters on the isp i have unlimited data amd 120mb/s dowload and 30 upload what im asking is if this build is the best price vs quality for the speed i could get to optimize the speed and for the matter of of it supports 3 screen i do not know this is why i am asking theres a link too all the hardware i am thinking of buying amd im looking on opinions if i could do better for less... the 3 screen will most likely not be running at tje same time it is just to have access from another room

Mobo

Your mobo has hdmi/dvi/vga ports.
Assuming you will use the hdmi for the tv that leaves vga and dvi for the other 2 monitors.
Then you need to think about sound for those 2 monitors.
I'd build this with an I3-7320 and 2X4GB ram at 2400.

re mobo

ok so i checked for the ram there is a difference of 80$ is i drop from 2x8gb to 2x4gb so it is worth the money but will is it worth to go down ram performance wise?.. now for the sound which i did not think about what should i do? try and find a mobo with more than 1 hdmi port (if they make some?) or could i plug it in those round aux plug on the motherboard?... and now the cpu for a 30$ difference between i5 and i3 wouldnt i be better with i5 which is better for hyper threading and have more cores? for 30$?

i3-7320 https://www.amazon.ca/Intel-BX80677I37320-Core-Desktop-Processors/dp/B01MSTCUY8/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1506258158&sr=1-1&keywords=i3+7320
theres also the i3-7350k?? for less better number and suffix no?

You don't need an I5 for downloading or streaming.
The I3 is plenty.

You don't need 16GB of ram.
2x4GB will be fine.

You don't need 3000 ram.
2400 will be fine.

You don't want or need a 'k' model.

As for the audio you would need to test using hdmi and the line out port on the mobo.

Ram
Sep 24, 2017 7:20AM PDT

I've already said what I would do with ram.
If you want to go in a different direction that's your business.

No I don't think you will need a gpu.
