PC build- Everything look good?

Apr 14, 2014 2:18PM PDT

This is my first PC build, so any help would be appreciated.
I have a budget of no more than $900 and i am on the tipping point for pricing.

My parts include-

Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case

Proccessor:Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H81.Amp-UP ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Ram: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card

Power: Antec 450W ATX Power Supply

Optical drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer

OS:Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit (OEM) (64-bit)

I have all these parts and i am pretty set on the CPU, GPU, and maybe if you find something better, the case.
It would help a lot if all these parts seem great to you for a starting gaming pc for the budget.
but if you see any flaws or know about better parts or cheaper ones, feel free to tell me that would be great
Thank you

Junk that psu.

Go shopping for a 600w single rail quality unit.

No....you will not buy it for 40 bucks.

Think about bumping that ram to 1600 speed.

As the other guys have said, all looks good except that PSU. I'd say 550w minimum and a reliable manufacturer just to be safe. The 760 is an awesome card!
