boot to Safe Mode and change the windows resolution setting for display.
Two days ago, I shut down my PC as I usually do, and didn't change anything. I closed CS:GO and shut it down as you should.
However, the next day when I went to boot the PC, it sounded like it was starting at "half" speed. My G-Card (GTX 750 ti) fan won't start spinning until about 2 minutes of the PC idling at half speed. In the interim between the idling and the card beginning to run, I have no display on my monitor and I can't even get to BIOS. Also, when the PC is at "half boot" I get some POST beeps, but it's only one small beep every 30 seconds, indicating that it's not my monitor.
But, even still, when the card starts running, that's what I get the error message from the monitor itself saying that it's "Out of Range".
I've looked up this error and it says that I need lower my refresh rate, but A) I never changed it, and I didn't do anything new the last time I used it. B) it doesn't display anything at all, not even the start-up display or the BIOS, so I can't even use that to try to work with it. Any help would be appreciated, and thank you for your time!
