Hi guys,

My PC 9/10 gets stuck when i turn it on for the first time, i have to press the restart button for it to work again, that's why i haven't been turning the PC that much. I have no idea what is causing the problem.
"when this happens my headset and mouse pad "RGB" both don't light up"

Thanks !

I'm not sure but it's the cheapest simplest thing it can be.

-> I'd like to read your Web Speccy to see if anything else shows up and I'll do that as soon as it shows up.

Be aware that no one can diagnose this accurately. But everyone here will give it their best try. Once in a while a new member will demand the idea be correct and fix the problem. In those cases you send them to the repair counters.

But for a few bucks it's a cheap test.
