What computer make and model are you using? Operating system used? Which browser? Have you run any scans using malware removal tools? Any registry cleaners used which can cause such issues?

Have you tried simply re-setting the browser? As an example, with Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" in the upper left, choose "Internet Options", then select the "Advanced" tab, then click on the "Reset" button. Choose "Yes" when it asks: "Are you sure?"
