But there was a member with a quad core mega monster machine. They didn't understand why it roared. We wonder if they ever got near a dragster.

One where I ask for a correction.

And where a new member was rudely welcomed to the new dragster machines with 21 fans roaring.

I could ask you the same question. Why was the model number wrong?

Thanks for the correction.

I see the a6110n is your above average speed dual core Athlon. If a call to HP does not get a good answer you must return the unit as making a PC quiet is not cheap and voids the warranty.

Is it brand new?

If not, chances are it is just a matter of needing cleaned out due to dust/dirt buildup, particularly in the heatsink and on the fans. Cleaning out the computer not and then is necessary to maintain airflow and prevent overheating.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
