Pay-As-You-Go Cell Phone Plans

I don't use my cell phone often, primarily for emergencies, vacations, etc. Last year I talked only 111 minutes during 39 calls on 16 days. I have an old cell phone which has fizzled, and I was on an economical employee plan which is no longer available. I know there are several Pay-As-You-Go plans out there. Can anyone give me the pros and cons of any of these plans they have tried or looked into?
