Hi, love the game, but it sometimes freezes my computer... about once a day... Is there a patch? Thanks

Check the website of the company that makes the game. That's where you'd be likely to find one if any exist.

That is an online gaming site, I see no links for customer support, and am not going to read 100 pages of troubleshooting... Just want a patch to correct it... It seems simple to me....

If it's an online game, there's nothing installed on your system, thus nothing to patch.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
