Pasting to Power Point - Create New Slides

Apr 15, 2005 10:54PM PDT

Would like to know if it possible to copy from Word to Power Point. I have a long list of names that I would like to copy from Word to Power Point. **When pasting into Power Point I would like for each name to be a new slide.** I have over five hundred names that I have to enter plus 1000 more over the next few days.

That will be a rather dumb presentation.

And I'm afraid you can only paste text one slide at time. Well, it's faster then typing, if the name is long enough.

This seems like you need to go programming: http://www.google.com/search?q=powerpoint+vba&meta= might be helpful.
But if you've never done so, it might take more time to learn then you have available.

I'm with Relay for Life and we display the names of the People who died and the people who survied cancer. Thanks for your help. I guess I just start typing.

No programming required. No powerpoint either.
