While this is the incorrect forum, the usual answer is to delete the .PWL files in C:\Windows (you may have a different windows directory, so you can alter this to your installatation), then select the Windows logon in the Network Control Panel. Reboot and answer with a NAME, click OK and it shouldn't bother you again.

When the computer is first booted up after the Microsoft Logo . A window comes up for a password. I know that you can use to X or cancel to proceed without a password but is there a way to eliminate the window? Thanks
