As such, IMMEDIATELY create a second user account/profile with admin privileges. In fact, create a third admin account also, as a backup. Once that's done, login to the second account and see if the same problem occurs. If not, then start copying all the files, documents, and personal folders from your previous account to the new account. Once that's done, operate out of the second account for a while and when you're comfortable using it, delete the first account.

I have an ACER Laptop, with Windows 10. I cannot sign in although I know I have the correct password. This has happened several times. Sometimes I continue putting in the the password several times and then it eventually lets me in. Any help would be appreciated.
