And http://www.howtogeek.com/forum/topic/outlook-2007-account-settings makes me think it's difficult or impossible now. It seems you just have to reenter the accounts.

Reentering accounts shouldn't be a problem since ISP's use to have instructions on their site and you surely saved username and password with all your other usernames and passwords in your password manager, didn't you? Just in case you didn't: http://keepass.info/download.html is the one I use, but there are others (free and paid). If you work on multiple devices, one that stores them in the cloud might be useful.

I had this problem. I resolved the issue:
The pop3 settings are kept in MSOutlook 2007
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\9375CFF0413111d3B88A001 04B2A6676\ 00000003]
there hex keys (Unicode (in hex). password is closed by something. I don't think that resistant algorithm. I did not understand. I moved completely a branch.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
