How do you make the entire computer password protected?

Many have a BIOS or boot password. But keep in mind that most have ways to let me into your PC. I have tools like NTPASSWD to reset Windows Passwords and Live CD/DVD/USB to get files out without any trace.

If you don't maintain physical security, it's as good as no security.
